Welcome to CareJetty! Because our platform is entirely mobile-based, the first step to finding care, applying for jobs, or managing your agency is to install the app on your smartphone.
The CareJetty app is completely free to download and is available for both Apple (iOS) and Android devices.
Installing on an Apple Device (iPhone or iPad) #
If you are using an iPhone or iPad, follow these steps to get the app:
- Open the App Store: Tap the blue App Store icon on your home screen.
- Search for CareJetty: Tap the “Search” icon (the magnifying glass) at the bottom right of the screen and type CareJetty into the search bar.
- Find the App: Look for the official CareJetty logo (a blue and teal icon).
- Download: Tap the Get button next to the app. You may be asked to double-click the side button or use Face ID/Touch ID to confirm the download.
- Open: Once the download is complete, the “Get” button will change to Open. Tap it to launch CareJetty.
Installing on an Android Device (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.) #
If you are using an Android smartphone or tablet, follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store: Tap the Google Play Store icon on your home screen or in your app drawer.
- Search for CareJetty: Tap the search bar at the top of the screen and type CareJetty.
- Find the App: Select the official CareJetty app from the search results.
- Install: Tap the green Install button. The app will begin downloading to your device.
- Open: Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
Installing via the CareJetty Website (QR Code) #
If you are currently viewing the CareJetty website on a desktop or laptop computer, you can send the app directly to your phone:
- Open the camera app on your smartphone.
- Point your camera at the QR Code displayed on the CareJetty homepage.
- A yellow or white link will appear on your phone screen.
- Tap that link to be taken directly to the correct app store for your specific device.
Next Steps: Setting Up Your Account #
Once you have successfully installed and opened the app, you will be asked to choose how you want to use CareJetty. Select the option that best fits your needs to begin setting up your profile:
- I need care: For families and individuals looking to hire a professional.
- I am a care professional: For independent carers looking for work.
- I represent an agency: For CQC-registered agencies managing staff and clients.
